I love yoga. It keeps my body moving and my breath flowing at the same time! I just came across this awesome yoga site that I wanted to share with you all. It is completely free. You just sign up and then you have tons of classes at your disposal. I've made it my goal to do yoga in the morning before my pre-dance cross training to get in zen mode and rid myself of stress; and in particular, to let go of the idea of perfection.
